It’s HIV Testing Week!

23rd November 2016

This week is National HIV Testing week in the run up to World Aids Day on 1st December.   Testing for HIV is available on the hospital site at the Wolverton Centre for Sexual Health.    Walk-in clinics take place every morning 900-1200 (until 230pm on Tuesdays) or call 020 8974 9331 for an afternoon appointment.

Why test? – the sooner you find out whether you have HIV, the better it is for your health. If you have HIV for a long time without knowing, it can damage your body and even shorten your life. Test negative and you end any worries or doubt.

The Wolverton Centre also offers testing for all STIs (sexually transmitted infections) as well as a full range of contraception.
